Programmes

Our range of snowsports based programmes give young people an incredible opportunity to develop skills in skiing or snowboarding which they would otherwise miss out on due to the cost of the sport. Programmes range from the two day Snow-Camp London programme which introduces young people to snowsports for the very first time, right through to our Snow-Camp Excel programme, training young people to be Level 1 instructors.

Using indoor and dry slopes in the UK, and the highlands of Scotland for the real snow experience, Snow-Camp uses snowsports to widen young people’s horizons and offer a wealth of positive experiences which they can draw upon to make better decisions in their daily lives. Our accredited courses and the opportunity to gain work experience in the ski industry all provide further benefits for young people involved with the Snow-Camp programmes.

The re-launch of our youth forum is at the heart of this commitment. The SCYF develops and maintains links between Snow-Camp’s board of trustees, staff, volunteers and young service users, and is run entirely by it's youth members, with staff and volunteers attending for support.
