Peak Potential was re-launched in July 2011 to offer young people from our recent Graduate and Excel programmes an opportunity to take the next step on their Snow-Camp journey.
The programme, funded by the Big Lottery, consists of 3 accredited work placements, organised and supported by Snow-Camp, in co-operation with local youth service providers and companies from the ski & snowboard industry. It offers young people a chance to develop their skills in the workplace and gain further insight into the possibilities of a career in these areas.
In addition to the many benefits of gaining further skills and experience in these areas of work, the young people will also receive:
Launch
The Peak Potential launch day will be held on 9th July where the young people will be presented with a portfolio of placements which they can apply for. We aim to offer a diverse range of placements to meet the young people’s interests. We can only provide these very beneficial opportunities with the support and cooperation of our partners within the youth sector and the ski & snowboard industry.

If you are interested in supporting one or more of our young people by offering a short work placement in your company or organisation, we would love to hear from you.
