Snow-Camp partners with Lambert Smith Hampton for its 32nd Ski Challenge

Snow-Camp are the official charity partner of the Lambert Smith Hampton Ski Challenge. Now in its 32nd year, the Challenge welcomes over 100 property owners, occupiers, fund managers and managing directors for an unforgettable three days in the Italian Mountains and we are extremely pleased to be a part of the 2019 event.

The Lambert Smith Hampton Ski Challenge comprises of three main races; The Giant Slalom, Dual Parallel Slalom Team Race and the new Snow-Camp Team Distance Challenge. In between the races there will be a host of activities and events include: GSI Ski Clinics, Buffet Lunches, Gala Dinner, finishing with a BBQ and Après Ski Band at the prize giving.

Snow-Camp will host the Team Distance Challenge as part of the Monday schedule. We are encouraging everyone to enter teams of 3 and get involved! Each team will receive a top of the range GPS tracker and be tasked with completing as many kms as possible over 90 minute period between 9am-5pm. Teams can take any route they like starting and finishing at the Maison Vieille Restaurant in Courmayeur and use any strategy to maximize distance – as long as they are on foot, skis or lifts and always together as a team! Prizes and trophies for the winning teams will be presented by Snow-Camp at the LSH Ski Challenge Awards Evening.

Snow-Camp and LSH are encouraging teams to fundraise as part of their participation in the Challenge, to help make a difference to inner-city young people.

Dan Charlish, Snow-Camp’s Founder said: “We’re extremely proud to be the 2019 charity partner of the Lambert Smith Hampton Ski Challenge. We’re really looking forward to seeing what tactics the teams will bring to our brand-new Team Distance Challenge. We are also incredibly grateful to all the teams for all their fundraising efforts, which will enable us to reach and support hundreds of more young people across the country.”
