If you love working with young people and have experience delivering youth programmes combined with a passion for snowsports, the London Programme Manager job could be the role for you! This will be a challenging and rewarding role working with a passionate staff team and some amazing young people.
The London Programme Manager, reporting to the Programme Director, is responsible for delivering and developing Snow-Camp’s programme journey in London. This involves a range of snowsports and life-skills focussed youth activities, taking a young person from a beginner skier or snowboarder to a qualified Snowsport England level 1 instructor in one year. You’ll also be responsible for managing our 6 London apprentices.
Experience of working successfully with young people will be essential to the post. Furthermore, experience working in the snowsports industry will be an advantage! Project management, managing and building relationships, budget management, communication, presentation and IT skills will all make up the job.
This is a key post within Snow-Camp requiring at least 2 years experience.
Salary: £22,500 – £25,500 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience (plus a 10% performance bonus paid annually if targets are reached and once the probation period has passed).
This post is based in our head office in Hove with programmes delivered across London. Flexible working arrangements possible.
