NUCO enter a new chapter with Snow Camp to help young people build brighter futures

Snow Camp x NUCO: A partnership with purpose 

Snow Camp, NUCO Travel and WeAreNUCO are proud to announce a new chapter for their partnership – grounded in a shared passion for the mountains and a belief in harnessing the power of snowsports as a force for good. 

Building on the success of the past 8 years, this new multi-year partnership will combine fundraising, awareness-raising, and engagement opportunities for Snow Camp young people, with the ultimate goal of helping more young people from underserved communities experience the life-changing power of snowsports. 

Whether it’s through university ski trip donations, fundraising challenges & events, custom campaigns and vocational opportunities on home soil or overseas, NUCO is activating on all fronts to support our work and introduce Snow Camp to a new generation of snowport lovers.

Fundraising at its heart

With over £4,000 raised for Snow Camp to date, winter 25/26 marks a major step in the NUCO x Snow Camp partnership, focusing on the following 3 activations: 

Ski Trip Booking Pages

Students and young professionals heading off on their ski holidays will be able to add an optional donation to Snow Camp at checkout, supporting the charity’s work, with 100% of funds donated directly. It’s a small action that adds up to make a huge difference – with the NUCO community celebrating the totals raised at the end of every winter season.  

Black Friday

Watch this space for NUCO’s Black Friday campaign running from late November to early December.  Between 29th November and 1st December, £10 from every NUCO Travel booking will be donated directly. This high-impact campaign gives skiers and snowboarders the chance to give back while booking their trips of a lifetime. 

Fundraising Challenges & Events

Sharing stories, together  

This winter, expect to see more of the Snow Camp journey featured across NUCO Travel and WeAreNUCO’s channels. From email campaigns to social content, this partnership is all about telling stories and amplifying the voices of the young people we work with. 

By weaving Snow Camp into their direct and public content throughout the season, NUCO are helping us reach new audiences & supporters with our message – and we couldn’t be more grateful to the team for flying our flag!   

NUCO x Snow Camp Futures

With the launch of Snow Camp Futures this October, Snow Camp and NUCO are already exploring various activations to support our graduates to progress from participants to professionals in the snowsports industry and beyond.  

Together, we’re exploring: 

  • Training and insight days hosted by the NUCO team 
  • Guest speaking and mentorship opportunities during our programmes 
  • Placement and interview opportunities for young people interested in becoming a NUCO Rep and working in the mountains.
