Note: All participants must have appropriate travel insurance as detailed in the terms & conditions. Thank you for making all team members aware.
There will be a full event briefing at the Welcome Dinner on the Thursday evening at Hotel Le Fitz Roy, with any final updates or announcements circulated in the days before the event as needed.
If you or any team member have any dietary requirements, or would prefer a fish, vegetarian, vegan or alternative option instead of a meat dish at the two official dinners, please make this known to Dan Keeley by Friday 14th April.
By joining the 3 Valley Rally WhatsApp Community, you can:
1. Receive all the latest updates and announcement leading up to the event, and when the event is live in Val Thorens.
2. Join your official teams group where you’ll submit your orienteering checkpoints on Day 1 of the event (explained in more detail in the Event Rules).
3. Join the 3 Valley Rally Lounge to connect and chat with your fellow teams if you wish.

By now, your rooms have been selected, and you should have received a booking confirmation & payment link directly from Le Fitz Roy team.

Don’t forget, your booking also includes full spa access (including the pool, sauna and steam room) and a delicious breakfast each morning.

We look forward to welcoming you at Hotel Le Fitz Roy from 1pm onwards on Thursday 24th April 2025.
Please aim to arrive no later than 4pm to ensure you have enough time to check-in, meet the Snow Camp team, settle into your room, pick up your ski hire and enjoy the spa as you wish before the official welcome evening & dinner starting at 7pm.
You are welcome to depart anytime you wish on Sunday 27th April 2025 after your final breakfast in the hotel.

Coolbus have been our prefered transfer company for many years, with 10% discounts applied to all transfers relating to the 3 Valley Rally.

If you’re in need of any ski or snowboard hire for the event, we’re pleased to partner with Prosneige, whose ski hire shop is attached to the hotel itself!

You will be able to choose your exact ski’s or snowboard’s on arrival day, and we’ve been reassured there will be plenty of availability for those who don’t pre-book.
Following the 80’s Après Party on Le Fitz Roy terrace, finishing at 7pm on the Friday evening, all teams and guests head out to eat wherever they wish in Val Thorens.
Feel free to book a table in advance at one of the many restaurants around the resort. See the Trip Advisor reviews here for the various restaurants on offer.
There are plenty of public car parks in Val Thorens, or the hotel have limited number of private parking places available. If you need a private parking space, please email the Hotel directly here.
The wonderful Snow Finel team have joined us in Val Thorens for all 3 years of the event so far. Their love & support for Snow Camp is endless, including this wonderful custom Merino Snow Camp Snood, with all profits donated to Snow Camp. The 80’s Après Party on the Friday always makes a lot of noise – so make sure to pack the neon, glitter and 80’s outfits! Snow Camp also have a number of retro ski suits on offer as needed.
