By now most of you have either been invoiced your team entry fee or balance. Thank you for making your payments at your earliest convenience.

Note: All participants must have appropriate travel insurance as detailed in the terms & conditions. Thank you for making all team members aware.
There will be a full event briefing at the Welcome Dinner on the Sunday evening at Hotel Le Fitz Roy, with any final updates or announcements circulated in the days before the event as needed.
We look forward to welcoming you at Hotel Le Fitz Roy from 1pm onwards on Sunday 12th April 2026.
Please aim to arrive no later than 4pm to ensure you have enough time to check-in, meet the Snow Camp team, settle into your room, pick up your ski hire and enjoy the spa as you wish before the official welcome evening & dinner starting at 7pm.
You are welcome to depart anytime you wish on Wednesday 15th April 2026, with most teams enjoying their final breakfast before departure.

If you and your team require a transfer from Geneva, Chambery or another airport, please email Jayne at office@thecoolbus.co.uk to book your private transfers to & from Val Thorens.
Coolbus have been our prefered transfer company for many years, with 10% discounts applied to all transfers relating to the 3 Valley Rally.
If you have any general questions regarding your travel to & from Val Thorens, please contact Dan Keeley who’ll be more than happy to help where possible.
If you haven’t done so already, please email Dan Keeley to confirm which rooms you’d like to reserve at Hotel Le Fitz Roy. Please include the First and Last Names of each guest in each room (if known) and the configuration for each room – Doubles or Twins.
All room categories and discounted rates are listed on page 12 of the AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally Event Pack.
Following your confirmation, Dan will confirm your rooms with the hotel who will then send a formal reservation and booking link to you directly.

Don’t forget, your booking also includes full spa access (including the pool, sauna and steam room) and a delicious breakfast each morning.

If you haven’t done so already, Team Captains (or a nominated team member) can now set up your teams JustGiving page for the event by visiting our dedicated 3 Valley Rally JustGiving Event Page and clicking on the ‘Start Fundraising’ button.

Alternatively, Dan Keeley can set your page up on your behalf if you confirm your JustGiving login details with him. Please email Dan who will be happy to support as needed.
We’re grateful to all teams for their £5,000 minimum fundraising targets – all in support of Snow Camp’s work with young people across the UK.
If you’re in need of any ski or snowboard hire for the event, we highly recommend hiring from Audacius (formally Prosneige) who are generously supporting the event with a 65 EUR package for whatever you need. Simply head into the store (attached to Le Fitz Roy) on arrival for whatever you need for the duration.
By joining the 3 Valley Rally WhatsApp Community, you can:
1. Receive all the latest updates and announcement leading up to the event and when the event is live in Val Thorens.
2. Join your official teams group where you’ll submit your orienteering checkpoints on Day 1 of the event (explained in more detail in the Event Rules).

Following the Winter Olympic Inspired 80’s Après Party on Le Fitz Roy terrace, finishing at 7pm on the Monday evening, all teams and guests head out to eat wherever they wish in Val Thorens.
Feel free to book a table in advance at one of the many restaurants around the resort. See the Trip Advisor reviews here for the various restaurants on offer.

There are plenty of public car parks in Val Thorens, or the hotel have limited number of private parking places available. If you need a private parking space, please email the Hotel directly here.
The Winter Olympics Inspired 80’s Après Party on the Monday evening always makes a lot of noise – so make sure to pack the neon, glitter and 80’s outfits, with as much Winter Olympic inspiration as you fancy! Snow Camp also have a number of retro ski suits on offer as needed.
